Scared And Doing it Anyway!
Show Notes
Are you a midlife woman who sometimes feels like you are stuck in “waiting room” of sorts? You are experiencing what I call the “midlife itchies”, itching to do something new…Are you bored AF with the midlife hamster wheel? Me too! Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken in a minisode that I’m calling Scared And Doing it Anyway! As I get closer to my first ever live event, the “Midlife Baby Shower Experience”, I feel excited and nervous/scared. It is really hard to do something new. I am trying to remember to say “yes” to as many new and “scary” experiences. I get into my strategies for jumping through fear and saying hello to personal growth. It is so hard, and worth it!
Highlights:
I discuss my own experiences of feeling stuck in the midlife waiting room and how I overcome my own self-doubts.
I’m experiencing so many “firsts” simultaneously with my year of “lasts”... my first live event, my first time asking for money, and I know I’m not the only one.
