Show Notes

Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an open and honest conversation called, I’m Burnt the F#*k out! Are you? My guest, Dr. Brooke Weinstein, lets us in on the science behind burning out and her four steps to rewiring your brain, reducing burnout and recapturing your joy and meaning in life. This is Brooke’s approach helps us in our personal “midlife remix,” figuring out what in life we want and what works for us as individuals.

Dr. Brooke Weinstein is a professional mama/woman coach, burnout expert, and Doctor of Pediatric Occupational Therapy. While creating and running a thriving business, coaching, and being a mom, Brooke realized that she was being stretched too thin...an issue that so many moms face every day.

Brooke give moms, women and families real-life research-based strategies to get out of the f#*k’d burnout cycle of feeling exhausted, guilty, ashamed and not enough in our lives.  She helps moms tap into their inner personal wells to rediscover the joy and meaning in life and establish deeper connections with their family, kids and themselves. This can also help midlife women and/or empty nesters reignite their passions and redefine personal identities.

Brooke shares tips that she teaches during her “Thrive Like a Mother” online program like asking yourself how you’re feeling, how those feelings are manifesting in your body, what you need, and how to get it. These steps sound simple, but they are life-changing. Be honest, when was the last time you asked, “Self, how do I feel today?”
