Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an open and honest conversation about why and how meditation & mindfulness can help us find our passion in “the second” act. Suze also explains how using and building meditation practices helped her self recreate in the second half of life.

Suze Yalof Schwartz is the founder and CEO of Unplug Meditation (and the app), the world’s first drop-in non-religious meditation studio. She is also an author,  her book is called Unplug: A Simple Guide To Meditation for Busy Skeptics and Modern Soul Seekers. She is letting us in on the details of working in a high-stress job in the fashion industry, working as an editor for Vogue, Marie Claire, & Glamour magazine, and how she self recreated and started a whole new career, in her “second act”. Suze built a meditation company to help people, all around the world, live more calm and balanced lives.

We are going to dig deep into the details of Suze’s journey, in her “midlife remix”. We talk about the obstacles she faced in her journey living in New York building a career and then moving to Los Angeles and finding a new passion, meditation. We learn about how she created Unplug, her meditation secrets, and how she was able to pivot from one career she loved to starting over and pursuing something different in the second half of life.
