Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an open and honest conversation about discovering what it means to really connect with our loved ones, overcoming grief, and how to live a meaningful life without regrets, in the second half of life with Dara Kurtz. Dara is a blogger, podcaster & three time author, who recreated her life at 42...after being diagnosed with breast cancer and losing her mom to breast cancer. She decided to leave her twenty-year career as a financial advisor and begin pursuing her longtime  passions. She is letting us in on her personal struggles with loss and how she came up with family rituals to keep those bonds strong.
