Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an honest and open conversation about discovering our intent, figuring out who we are, and dealing with judgment, in the second half of life with Mallika Chopra. Mallika is a meditation expert, published author, media entrepreneur and mom, who graduated from Brown University and the Kellogg School of Management. Mallika speaks with audiences all over the world, with the intent of “harnessing the power” to bring people together to help improve their own lives, and their community.  Mallika is giving us the tools we need to become balanced, and at peace with who we are in the second half of life. 
We dig deep into Mallika’s journey into her second half of life. She discusses how to find intent in our own lives and how to deal with judgment. Mallika explains how her father (Deepak Chopra) taught her and her brother how to meditate, be mindful and practice gratitude. We chat about the main themes of her book, Living With Intent, and discuss her 6 step acronym, I.N.T.E.N.T….to live with more intention.

Mallika Chopra’s Bio:

Mallika Chopra, meditation expert, published author, media entrepreneur, and mom, graduated from Brown University and the Kellogg School of Management. Her series of books called Just Be, a collection of illustrated how-to books for children, provide simple tools to understand and support social and emotional knowing, resilience, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection. Mallika speaks with audiences all over the world, events like TED x, the California’s Women’s Summit, and Preventions R3 summit. She has taught meditation to thousands of people and is currently a mindfulness consultant for the animated series, Stillwater, on Apple TV+.
