Looking for a sign that this is time to finally go after your purpose?
Then get ready, because this episode is for you!
Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken in a new episode called “Cathy Heller’s Five Golden Nuggets of Midlife”. This episode was recorded live on a zoom full of people with non-other than the top tanking podcast host, business and spiritual coach and best selling author, Cathy Heller. We get into everything from midlife friendships and personal growth, to finding your purpose and being authentic. Cathy discusses the significance of surrounding yourself with positive influences, the value of creative outlets and the importance of self accountability in midlife.
Please note that this episode was recorded before the October 7th massacre. Otherwise, as Jewish women, Cathy and I would have talked about the atrocities going on in the world as it relates to human suffering. The f*cking Twilight Zone, right?! I'm still struggling to figure out how to release content that is not related to Israel. I keep coming back to the notion that we all need a break from the wear and tear of antisemitism, hatred, fear and terror bombarding our hearts and our brains all day long. And sometimes it's a nice break to hear things that are just related to women, midlife and what's going on.
Some Highlights:
5 things that Cathy cannot live without
Creative outlets
Making decisions with your “future self” in mind
Small steps that you can take today
Natural flow of relationships
Letting go of the need to be perfect
Female support during “second puberty”
