Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an open conversation about conquering our fears and finding our strengths with best selling author and real estate agent, Tracy Tutor. Tracy Tutor is a top selling Los Angeles realtor of the celebrities and Hollywood elite and star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing. She just wrote her first book, Fear is a Four Letter Word. This book is changing how women see themselves and giving us the actual tools and steps to acknowledge our personal fears and move through them to recreate ourselves in the second half of life.
We are going to dig deep into the details of her no bullshit approach and how she has learned to manage her fears and she teaches us how we can apply them to ourselves and our self recreation processes.
In this episode, Tracy and I talk about everything...from her teenage years, her start as an actress, how she learned how to manage big egos all the way to tantric sex and all things fashion. Absolutely nothing is off limits. Tracy has mastered getting over fears and she teaches us all of the steps that we need to move through our fears and come out on top. One of the most important steps that Tracy outlines is recognizing your strengths and weaknesses, and really taking a personal inventory on who we are…!
Tracy emphasizes the importance of trusting your intuition because that is a real superpower for women. It is one of the most important skills that women have and we don’t take advantage of it enough. She also gives us the steps we need in keeping ourselves together when everything goes wrong, and how we can learn from our mistakes.
Tracy also gives us all her tips and tricks to staying fit. She’s got the hottest bod of any 45 year old and knows exactly what to do, and what not to do (like spinning, duh). She also is a killer dresser and teaches us how to use a tailor for perfection.. She has figured out the essentials that all women need, and how to make your Zara dress look like a designer dress.
