Show Notes
Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an honest conversation about reimagining your health and food mindset from the inside out. We are digging deep with my incredible friend & guest, Pamela Salzman. Get your golden shit shovels ready as we uncover the golden nuggets and secret sauce to help you take control of your kitchen. She gives us a TON of actionable items to start living more flexibly and creatively TODAY...helping us find our sweet spots between neurotic and chill with family meal prep.
In this episode, we talk about how Pamela’s immigrant Italian parents helped shape her love for cooking and health and spending time in the kitchen which ultimately lead her to the career that she has today.
We dive deep into Pamala Salzman’s life and the first steps that she took in her second half of her life, to build the Pamela Salzman platform and holistic counselor role. We dig deep into our personal fears of stepping out...having the courage to say “yes” faster to new opportunities.
Pamela hones in on specific ideas, hacks and tools to simplify and speed up our time in the kitchen and teaches us how to fall in love with cooking... or at least fake it...with just starting to make one meal a week.
She gives us incredible tips and tricks on how to lead a healthy life starting with what ingredients you can get rid of today...how to organize our kitchens... and how to take the cooking plunge.
She is a professional at well designed meal prep and planning...organizing a dinner schedule with spouses and picky kids… and gives us the tools for a drama free kitchen.
We’re going to apply a creativity and flexibility mindset to the kitchen, meal prep and drama. This is not a typical podcast interview with a chef who gives us recipes, but a toolbox full of tips and tricks on how to find that sweet spot between chaotic and chill in the kitchen.
