Join me, Dr. Sarah Milken, in an open and honest conversation about Satisfying Our Hungers for Food, Meaning & Purpose in Midlife. My guest, Dr. Adrienne Youdim, lets us in on how she left her highly coveted position at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital as the head of weight loss and pivoted to create a one-on-one practice to focus on her patients, write a book, and start a podcast, in the second half of life. This is part of Adrienne’s midlife remix.
